Since Saturn guards the threshold between the material and spiritual planes, it was only fitting to begin with a herb that falls under this sphere. Saturn is the weaver of time. We can see the working of its web in our aging bodies specifically the bone structure, joins, teeth, the spine and blood circulation in tissues.
